Drug Life Marijuana

In the article " Marijuana law just creates criminals" tell how its such a high rate of people , are getting caught selling marijuana nowadays. millions of people are ruining there life due to being in possesion of marijuanan. most of the people who are being caught with the drug is Latino and blacks. As a policy , cops are able to "stopped , questioned frisked and searched often without justification , under the " stop and frisk "policy.  In 1977 if marijuana remained in a person pocket , no crime would be at all, nowadays if a person is found with marijuana , punishable by up to three months in jail and a $500 fine. More and more people that are arrested for such a crime creates a serious barriers to going to college or getting a job. Millions of dollars in law enforcement resources wasted thousands of lives are damaged with the contamination of having a criminal record. In my option , I think marijuana shouldn't be illegal because alcohol isn't illegal and people are in car accidents due to drunk driving not bring high. Marijuana is a plant and some doctors use it in drugs and that's a poll, it's the same it's just rolled up , they both release atress or and type of thing thr can damage your Heath or body. It's just the fct that people need to know how often to use like a pill tells you on the bottle

Missing Miracle Teacup Yorki

"(She) likes to kiss me "  while playing with the dogs lice. This dog has its own way of helping out the Kimora when she goes threw her random episodes of entinse pain due to her sickle cell. This dog is being called a miracle dog for Kimora. The family is not looking forward to buy a new dog, there look for there same little pooch. In my conclusion i think the person who is responceable for taking this dog from this sick child is sick and need to give the yorki back.

16-year-olds Driving?

 If a students is eligible to drive,the laws ease restrictions on teen drivers as they gain experience and keep a clean driving record. No.1 killer of teens- motor vehicle crashes. Lund said, "Motor vehicle crashes kill more than 5,000 teenagers every year." There have been times where people who have been driven fro years still can really drive, and there are some who have only been driven for a few moments and are very good. Some people are ready to drive and some are not. The teenagers brain also is particularly vulnerable to distraction and peer pressure, and is undergoing explosive development.

I think that there are certain students that are 16 should drive not all. There should be not only 1 test but at lease 2 test to take from different people cause everybody have there own judgements. Also 16 is starting to be a grow up really and people work at age 16, that's one of the youngest age of working and everybody cant always depend on septa.

Selena and Justin Beiber ?

Rumors say that they have dinner together in but as the sources may say "it never happened".

In my since, Selena Gomez and Justin Beiber are a cute couple and if they wanna be together then don't hide it from the fans be proud about it, but if they are having relationship problems then to work it out before they keep moving forward on there past things.

Obama Won Yall !!!

Black man got nothing to do with it but people think because of Hurricane Sandy , pushed  the reason for Obama win.In  Burkhardt opinion  said "he would have preferred to have a businessman like Romney in the White House, because Obama is not as fiscally smart or fiscally responsible ".

In my opinion, Obama won by vote not every ones thoughts. If Romney was suppose to win he woulda won, everything happens for a reason , but I have no say so cause that's people thoughts but if that was the case y'all Romney fans should have worked harder to make who y'all want president but for now we got another 4 years with Obama

Kristof is trying to press the point by help from hurricane sandy, floods, damage houses and more, they issue has be coming more irrelevant.

Due to the temperture average of the world , global warming is becoming a problem. unusual tings are occuring on the globe. Pine cones are being found in Alaska, 7 outta 10 of the warmest summers has occurred from 2000 to now. The temperture average has been raising , ice are melting and more floods will be likely to happend. " Computer models suggest that hurricanes won't necessarily become more frequent, but they may become stronger". If these hurricane become stronger , more houses will get damaged and since the floods there will be more water added too. Houses that are constantly getting damaged from the hurricanes across the board , should be move in the inner city, and they need to build the boarder more stronger to stop the flood.

In my conclusion, this should be a issue that should be pressed , because  the ice melt more , we will flood out our city, and then the hurricanes come , you see how every hurricane that comes, more damages has been done and us the people cant due it alone.

Drugging Kids

The article " Attention Disorder or Not, Pills to Help in School " by Alan Schwardz is tell about a doctor name Dr. Anderson who prescribe pills ( stimulants ) for kids that have A.D.H.D ( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ).  Parents agree with the doctor because it can't help low income kids with there grades if they slacking of off tasks. But in the other hand parents and other doctors are disagreeing because of the sided effects.
Dr. Anderson  explains that instead of trying to change the kids environment , means like the schools to just change the kids. These pills help the kids improve there academic performance in there school but other kids who are high income student use these pills to cheat & be higher at there performances. Parents say no to this pill because of the side effects ( growth suppression, increased blood pressure, and in rare cases, psychotic episode) . These symptoms shouldn't occur with ages 4-17.
In my opinion , if I had a child , I would give them the pill because of my child was struggling or off task , I don't want to drug them, my child should need pills to calm downwind stay focus. They shouldn't have to live off pills & it my be helping outside but it's hurting there bodies inside.

Luchroom Strikes

"Students strike against lunch rules" by  Jim McLaughlin tells how the food they serve at school are not the food the kids like to eat. Based on that, students are not getting the right calories they need a day, due to the non-like food school have. Loseing calories can slow students down htrew out the day which makes them fall asleep and lead to lack of education and failing.

Students are starting to get hungry even before the practice begins,. Students that play sports need the calories to keep them going. For a light weigh student, eating a little can feel like a whole meal tours them, but to a well-developed heavy set student they need much more than just a quick snack.

In references to my school, i think we should go on strike, our lunch is not good in schools nation wide. I have cheerleading and i be slacking during the practice because i didnt eat. schools need to upgrade on lunchs because if this was vice versa, they would complain about the food they eat in school and would have a problem as well.

Behind The Cell Phone Scene

In the article " Texting May Be Taking Tool " by Kath Hafner tells how texting is hurting kids physically and mentally..Damages of the thumbs, anxiety, sleep issues falling grades and distractions in school, due to physicians and psychologist.. Not allowing you to be independent by not texting your parents and learning more about yourself and who may wanna be.Parents are just as involved too. 

Doctors and psychologist has discovered that rate of texting has double over the years earlier. Trying to having a piece of mind while texting can make it diffucult to be in the state of mind. People that text during the night have a lack of sleepness that can be a cause to the grades lowering. Texting none stop can lead to thunb injuries. If your tecxting your mom all day , asking questions on what you should do , is not making you independent. Being independent is making your own decision and helping you become the person you are to be. Parentsa are hypocrisy, they complain about the kids texting but they do it too, just not as much.

I believe that texting is bad but my thumbs dont hurt at the end of the day, and my grades are not low. Yes i text durin g the night and sleep somethings in class but its all about responsibility and being on task and neing able to keep up. i klow when its time to put the phone down, but other people are not like me. I think that this only apply for certain people cause we all not the same.

Lier , Lier , Cheater , Cheater

In the story , " Studies  Find More Students Cheating With High Achievers No Exceptions" by Richard  Perez-Pena explains that cheating is being most noticed in the most competive schools. Most cheating is due by internect access. The students are not the only ones to blame, its the parents and teachers.

I believe that cheating is lack of trust. Once a cheater always a cheater. I think that most of these people got where they are today by cheating and most are struggling because back then they were not challenged for these courses. The parents should have tought there kids right from wrong, but as old is the age group they are pointing out should be well mature.

Since the story only points out the high school, is cheating just as bad in middle school? In my middle school, cheating accured but no as often. Me personally myself never did cheat because i take my word over anybody
