As a policy , cops are able to "stopped , questioned frisked and searched often without justification , under the " stop and frisk "policy.  In 1977 if marijuana remained in a person pocket , no crime would be at all, nowadays if a person is found with marijuana , punishable by up to three months in jail and a $500 fine. More and more people that are arrested for such a crime creates a serious barriers to going to college or getting a job. Millions of dollars in law enforcement resources wasted thousands of lives are damaged with the contamination of having a criminal record. In my option , I think marijuana shouldn't be illegal because alcohol isn't illegal and people are in car accidents due to drunk driving not bring high. Marijuana is a plant and some doctors use it in drugs and that's a poll, it's the same it's just rolled up , they both release atress or and type of thing thr can damage your Heath or body. It's just the fct that people need to know how often to use like a pill tells you on the bottle
